Hey. So... Today is Sunday and tomorrow is Monday again.
Again. I hate Mondays. It shall be the start of another tedious week of drama rehearsals and choir practice. I suppose I shouldn't be complaining since we had a training break earlier than most other CCAs. That doesn't change the fact that I'm tired, though. About as dead as one can get without being mortally injured. I slept 17 hours the other day. Settled down for a nap and before I knew it, it was eight the next morning.
Anyway. On to more interesting stuff. I got a pocket edition of Cluedo and two gundam models (which are both on my 'new' desk). Grandma and my aunt were both very generous with my birthday money, wonder what they'll say when they find out it's going straight in the bank - and that I won't be around to celebrate my birthday thanks to the rather disastrous combination of choir practice and Drama Nite on Thursday. I liked the ZAKU model. You know, the 'Rey za Burrel custom'.
Started on something new for the CAP thing. It's probably going to be called 'Four Seasons', inspired by Yurii Savinov's Tsyetirye Vyetra. It's basically four girls who call themselves Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter, who have all contrasting personalities. Two of them have names which mean the same thing - 'Sora' and 'Skye'. Yeah, so a bit like Tsyetirye Vyetra minus the Blitzkrieg Boys and Beyblade. But there
is an 'annoying' Russian, name being Ilya Borisovich because I can't think of anything else. He calls Skye 'Snegoruschka' and Skye calls him a Bolshevik - the ultimate insult because it's the exact opposite of what he is.
Right... I should try to write some more of that tomorrow at school. Heck, I hate CAP. The thought of it... But I don't want to be stuck doing RS for four years, so... I think YJ will get into OM. And she writes better than me anyway. It's a proven fact. A year ago it would have been an insult, to find that
anyone in my class wrote better than me, but in this case it's a challenge, no more. Something I either have to get past or learn to ignore. Time I swallowed my pride anyway. You're in RGS here, girl. I'll just work on it... I wonder
why I just can't get it. I just can't get the hang of writing like that. My writing's dull, and kinda dry, and some people like it but most people don't. I haven't yet learnt to write in a way which people besides myself can appreciate. Maybe I've been reading too much Margaret Weis or something. It's rubbing off on me, I can tell. The teacher really liked my writing the year I read nothing but Eoin Colfer. Oh well. Read Yurii Savinov more, then.
Okay, enough of that. *sigh* Why can't they give us a holiday already? I mean, our brain cells are fried.
Right, right. Off to Greenland we go (no, I'm not serious, I just felt like saying it).
Gute nacht.

Hey.
Right. My role in Drama Nite got axed because I couldn't go for rehearsals (curse the choir prac, we get it even after school ends and my voice is going to die). Did I say that before? Amnesia, lol. Anyway, we have a rehearsal slot tomorrow, so...
I walked home in the rain yesterday and got myself totally drenched. Dad was worried sick. I thought it was quite fun, though. Wanna do it again sometime. Oh, by the way, note 'walked'. I just strolled back as per normal. Probably freaked some people out, the poor things. Oh well. Some people walk in the rain, others just get wet. And I was surprised when Fiver's angsty main character turned out not to be Kai after all. Still puzzling out who it might be. Got a Scrabble game and a Harry Potter thing for my birthday from Mom and Dad.
Made two banners today, not bad, but not that good either... I'm bad with renders. Oh, and how I did for the exams? Well, I guess it was all right and better than, say, Cesar (but then she doesn't study)... But there were a couple of disappointments along the way. I suck, lol.
My writing sucks. Yes, that is a universal fact. Today I was quite winded after choir. Don't know why, so don't ask. Damn CLE enrichment. I think sleep would be better for my brain cells, because the boredom would probably kill a few off. It's my least favourite subject next to Chinese and PE. Math is not so bad when your teacher isn't...you know. She-whose-name-must-not-be-spoken. I swear I saw an aura of
boredom surrounding her today. I think we nearly got smothered in it. To quote Tien, it 'haloed her for three feet around'. Or something like that. Anyway, we all know where that came from.
Chinese was something of a huge improvement. I get the idea Tsuyo might like to hear that. Geography was a shock. As in, the nice kind, because I thought I was going to fail or something. Hmm, what else is there?
I wanted to say something but I forgot what it was (insert sweatdrop here). Anyway, here's the substitute.
Yu Yu Hakusho rocks!

Hey. Haven't updated in a while.
You may wonder why I'm up so late. Well, firstly, did I mention I'm an insomniac? So I was having difficulties falling asleep. And two, well, Dad woke me up saying I got an sms saying I have choir practice tomorrow from 8 to 4:30. And as you know, tomorrow is the day of our Drama Nite skit rehearsal. So what do I do? Sms the chairperson. So I have permission to be late, have to figure out how to get to RGS from Queenstown, and print a score. Plus I have to wear the school uniform to the rehearsal tomorrow. Therefore, bored + grumpy + tired insomniac = aforesaid insomniac learning Russian while typing a blog entry. Not very efficient, I know. Ooh... The god-forsaken mail service...
I've figured out
very little Russian so far. Why Russian all of a sudden when I haven't finished Japanese? *shrugs* Just wanted to know something nobody else in the class knows, I guess. Although what for, I can't tell myself.
Hmm... 'Aerin' means 'peace'. Kinda...ironic, I suppose.
Okay, byes.
Gute nacht.
